Windows 10: Hey Greg. I am still having problems, your urgent help is needed.

After Automatic Updating windows 10 on my Computer, my computer becomes a problem for several months and still giving problems .

I need urgent help here. at first windows 10 did an automatic updating on my computer and it takes 9 1/2 days, where I had was to stop the computer from updating, as I need the used of my computer.


Thereafter stopping the computer, after nine and a half days. The computer shut off one of the monitor completely, and on the second monitor, it shut off and on automatically.


On Monday Evening March 30th 2020, I spoke to one of Microsoft expert, they came on, and did some work on my computer, and thereafter leave it updating, today is Sunday 5th of April 2020 and it is still updating with both monitors has on black screen.


Considering that the last time it takes nine and a half days, in which I had was to stop it, and it mess up my computer, what should I do?


So I spoke to Greg, and He assisted me a lot, that I was able to use my computer, to an extend. but not to the great state that my computer was in.


On Monday the 2nd of December 2020, while using my computer to complete a very important task, it started to automatically updating windows 10 again, so I tried to stop it from updating, and my computer refuse to boot up back.


I now purchase a windows 10 tum drive that comes with windows 2019 drivers, but with limited instruction on how to use it.


Your help and advice will be appreciated.

Thanks for your suggestions.

- I have checked and Rapport is the latest version.
- Chkdsk found no problems
- Seatools Short Generic found no problems on D (I have not run it on C since I have an SSD). Long Generic is still running but has found no problems thus far.

What is your suggested next step?

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
