    Thank you so very much, for your urgent reply, as I need your urgent help in solving this matter. Right now I am unable to get my computer working, after stopping my computer from automatically updating, while I was doing an important task.


    I am now in the advance Bios Feature section, trying to do a Quick boot up, from yesterday December 10th. 2020 and it still has not Finnish booth up.


    Can you say what can I do in order to start up the computer, once again? Yes I just purchase Windows 10 Professional tum drive, Home Premium, Enterprise. Education 32/64 USB Repair Recover, restore install & 2019 Drivers, and it came without any proper instruction.


    Thanks Greg and your urgent help in solving this problem will be greatly appreciated. I did not purchase a windows 10 before, I had a windows 7 and had it upgraded automatically by widows 10. So I do not have a windows key.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    - I have checked and Rapport is the latest version.
    - Chkdsk found no problems
    - Seatools Short Generic found no problems on D (I have not run it on C since I have an SSD). Long Generic is still running but has found no problems thus far.

    What is your suggested next step?

    Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
