    Hey guys. Anybody know how to edit the TIBENG32 DLL?


    Let me explain. I have found a program I downloaded called "Talk It!". A program in a discontinued project "Microsoft Plus!" and it had a kids one. and I want to edit the voices. I'm talking about changing the mouth, throat, etc. Here's an example of what I mean. https://imrane03.github.io/better-sam/ So anybody know how to do this?

    Hi Mustafa,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That is not a recognized DLL and the source code from it is not available, really the only way to edit that is if you are a software developer, then de-compile the DLL, make your required code edits and then re-compile the DLL.

    However, you would need to check you are not breaking any licensing agreement by de-compiling the DLL.
