    I've already tried below solutions:1. Restart explorer process2. check for drivers & Windows update3. SFC & DISM scan4. Re-register taskbar using PowerShell5. System Restore6. Enabled user manager in services, disabled recently opened items, Creating new account, new OS reboot.is there any detailed document that i can refer to know how a taskbar works ? can someone please help me ?

    How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

    Hi Graceimson,

    I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
    from the taskbar and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
    • Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

    Taskbar Issue with Multiple Monitors

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. We understand the inconvenience caused and will assist you.

    Please share the information below:

    • Are you using a Local Account or a Microsoft Account?
    • What is the make and model of your PC?

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties.
    • Check if the option for Lock the Taskbar and Auto-hide the taskbar
      are ticked.
    • If they are ticked then uncheck the option for Auto-hide the taskbar.

    Also, suggest you to update the Display driver by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
