It appears your installation is counterfeit, as such I cannot provide support until it has been cleared up.

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.

when this error stated occuring on my pc... my windows was a genuine one... but then i try to fix it via reinstalling new version.. but this problem still persists..*Sad

I find a few things strange, may be because I'm not aware of the full situation.

According to the information you provide, the system is running the first version of Windows 10, which came out 29th of july 2015.
The installation date is 12th this month and normally most laptops come with Windows preinstalled, with a different kind of activation.

Until you properly reinstall Windows no support will be provided.
As a note, with laptops that come preinstalled you shouldn't need a key for activation because of the activation system with Windows 10 and the BIOS having certain information that should activate Windows on the first reboot after installation.

Usually when a laptop has arrived after purchasing it there is software already present. When starting for the first time, Windows prepares itself to be used, just like with a clean install.
