Windows 10: Hey, I believe a virus has made it so I cannot open Windows Security.

I am on Windows 11 and whenever I click on it the exact words are "This App Can't Open" and it copies this message "Check the Store for more info about Windows Security." after the error. Would anyone have an idea of what is causing this? Seems like this question has been posed before and i would need the fixlist.txt file

If not, suggests deeper problems. To which uninstall option are you referring? (A picture is worth...)

Yes that's exactly what I have. If you notice there is an uninstall option next to organize if you scroll to other updates ie. office, but it will disappear once you scroll to the latest updates.
