    hey! i bought a digital version of a game, but my laptop is requiring a disc to be inserted?


    i downloaded the sims 2 ultimate collection from etsy and everything was going fine until the last step of actually installing the game due to the disc needing to be inserted? I have never played nor owned the sims 2 so I have no previous folders related to the sims 2.

    Flight simulator please insert disc???

    This worked for me.

    • Known Issue: Some users seeing a "Please insert the Microsoft Flight Simulator disc" error when launching the game on Windows 10.
    • Workaround: In order to play the game digitally on Windows 10, you will need to have the Digital Ownership
      File       installed as it is required to grant the necessary permissions to play. If you already have this file installed and are running in to this error, please uninstall and reinstall this file only and this should resolve the issue. There is no need to
      uninstall the entire 127+GB base game files. Uninstalling this small 10MB file is all that will be needed

    Insert game disc for FS2020

    I installed FS2020 a few day after release from the store. All was working well until 28-9-20. Now I am asked to insert the disc which I do not possess.

    I have followed the suggestion in other threads by uninstalling the Digital Ownership and reinstalling. This did not work.

    I have tried restarting the store installer, nothing.

    I have an ethernet and WiFi connections so that should not be a problem.

    Is there any other suggestions I can try? Thanks.
