Windows 10: hey i have a critical problem since the new windows 24H2

hey i have a critical problem since the new windows 24H2 update litterally no game is working all games crash on launch and even sometimes chrome thought not as frequent as game and its not just a game crash..for example yesterday i launched the game roblox and the game crached and i found the background fully black then my laptop didnt respond to my external mouse commands but worked with the touchpad then it gave me the blue screen saying your system ran into a problem and everytime i launch a game it always crashes the laptop is litterally useles after the update

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
