Hey, I have a gaming laptop, and it keeps shutting down when I leave it unattended for the duration meant to go into sleep mode. Earlier it went into sleep mode, and I checked the settings which show it's supposed to go into sleep mode only. I didn't even change the settings! What should I do?

My laptop keeps shutting down after 30sec

• Have you made any recent updates on your device?
  
• When you said “to bring up Microsoft desk”, are you pertaining to your Microsoft account?

Windows 10 crashing when left unattended.

the issue is isolated to unattended side of things you need to back trace your steps to check to see what unattended was receiving or doing while it was disconnecting that cause it to crash.

Problems occur if Windows is receiving update or was caught in cycle and could not unbind itself and or if the internet service connection was interrupted which leave you the end user facing system crash.
