Windows 10: Hey, I need your help with my dual monitor...?

So I have 2 monitors turned on 1 shows only background on the other everything that is also nice and good but I want this monitor to show what only the background shows a certain image

Now my question is how do I set it up?

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.
