Windows 10: Hey my pc takes a long time to shut down and restart

As stated in the subject my pc usually takes a while to shut down and restart abnormally long, usually occurs after long gaming sessions, as for the things I've tried:- Disabling Fast Startup- Resetting power defaults and running power troubleshooter- Disabling expo and pbo for am5- motherboard and windows drivers, graphics / chipset drivers are up to date- adjusting registry session control management service settings to 2000 as opposed to 5000- SFC Scan - Disabling link management pcie express I've read that it wait for the pc to cool down before completing the shutdown not sure if that

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

I've been finding some helpful tricks these days to help you in some problems. This time, I've found a way to
restart / shutdown / put your PC to sleep / switch user / sign out of your PC in Windows, when your Start Menu / your Power button in
Start Menu isn't working.

To restart / shutdown / put your PC to sleep / switch user / sign out of your PC, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows Logo key + Alt + F4 keys together. A window pops up, asking, 'What do you want the computer to do?'.
• Click the drop-down box, and select the option you want it to do (i.e., Shut Down, Sign Out, Restart, etc.) and click 'Ok' to make your Windows PC do it.

That's all! You can use this method whenever you want. It won't be an improper shutdown. If this won't work for you, you can long-press the Power button on your PC to shutdown.
