Windows 10: Hey my proline laptop is stuck where I should create a pin

Hey my proline laptop is stuck where I have to create a pin it doesn't show a way forward. Even when I connected it to the internet

I want to set up my new Proline laptop, outlook email and stuff created and verified; but I can't seem to get any further because after clicking the "create pin" it just keeps on rotating in search for something, but nothing happens; and it will stop and freeze, causing me to switch the laptop on and off - go through the whole process again and back to square on: the constant rotation.

Kindly assist please.

I saw a posed question to you guys regarding a Proline laptop bought at Game, I have the same issue with the previous member. It rotates after clicking 'create pin' and after a while it freezes, so the options given to the previous person; I took the advise you gave tjem; but nothing seems to change. Like what should I do, cause everything was verified. Please help.

 

Stuck at pin creation on my new laptop

I have a brand new laptop that I bought from game (PROLINE). I am going through the Windows set-up and I keep getting stuck at the create PIN section. When I click the create button it just spins and seems to freeze. I have re-started my laptop several times and each time I get stuck at this section. Any ideas on the issue?
