Windows 10: Hey! Problems with TPM

So i tried enabling TPM but i can't seem to find it in BIOS i have saw the same bios on a vid but he had another settings like it said something amd something i have a amd card and i didnt come up for me so i think this is a problem so i'm not quite sure how to do this if you can help me i would appreciate it!

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

Sounds like it was using the tpm to encrypt the main drive. Certainly not the norm. Also, the fact that you could not log in suggests the computer may be illegally repackaged or stolen.
