Hey so I downloaded a game and it says owned but im not sure how to open it Ive looked it up in the browser and nothing come up please help.I dont know how to open the game that i downloaded help as fast as you could please!

says i dont own a game from xbox that im trying to download on windows

i am trying to download the game ark on my pc from windows, i own the game and all the DLCs for it, when i go on Microsoft to download it, it says that i own the DLCs which is fine but it doesn't say i own the actual game. but when i go onto my Xbox it
shows that i own it

 

i just downloaded a game and it will open and shut automatically

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.

PROBLEMS WITH FINDING GAMES IV DOWNLOADED ROM STORE ON WINDOWS 10

Hi can anyone tell me I can find all the games and apps iv downloaded from store on my windows 10 laptop,

if I go on the game in store it says I own it so can upload it on pc but iv done this about 10 times now and still cant play any game or app.
