Windows 10: Hey whenever i try to open a https link from a website im encountering that that get an app...

i tried unistalling and reinstalling chrome but it didnt worked it happening only when im opening a https link not when opening http link

Get an app to open this 'https' link

when i try to open an image or a link, theres a pop up that says: "Get an app to open this 'https' link". I tried to change the default browser for opening https links, that didnt work. The problem started when i unstalled microsoft edge and then re installed it, i have tried changing the setting to open https links with brave and windows settings shows that there is microsoft edge/brave for opening https links, but it just doesnt work and keeps saying i need an app to open the https link and giving me a link to microsoft store. Im using windows 11.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused

• Since from when are you facing this issue?
• What happens when you try to access the same websites in other PC?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it help you.

• Open the Microsoft Edge browser. Open a website.
• Click on '. . .' select Open with Internet Explorer
  and check if the issue persists.

If the issue doesn't resolve, try the below steps.

• Press Start, type Internet Explorer and
  select it.
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P, it opens Internet Explorer as
  InPrivate mode. Try to access the website and check if the issue still persists.
