  1. HH drive shows as intel raid 1 volume do not have raid set up

I have 2 Samsung SSD (one boot) and one wd caviar black hdd that use for other storage. No raid is set. In bios it shows the correct model for the 3 but in the device manager the HDD shows as intel raid 1 volume. The size and everything is correct for the drive. Although I don't think this is a correct driver

    Can you assist?

    thanks

PS Analogue question was posed end 2015 but without a real answer it seems

drive shows as intel raid 1 volume do not have raid set up

I have a crucial ssd that I boot from that shows up in device manager and a separate wd caviar black hdd that use for other storage. In bios it shows the correct model but in the device manager it shows as intel raid 1 volume. I have not set up raid.
The size and everything is correct for the drive. I don't see any mirroring going on either. I'm not sure what has happened here.

    RAID recovery

Heya, usually you need to set your storage configuration in BIOS to AHCI or RAID first.

Switch to RAID in BIOS and than (I only know this for Intel Systems), restart your PC.

At the beginning of the bootsequence you should see an additional screen, with a detail list of RAID drives.

It should list your drive too, if not, than it is not a RAID0 any more.

If it can boot back to your system, you should immediately backup all data you need.

The problem is RAID is a one-way process (at least for Windows).

After you got your backups, reboot and set your BIOS storage settings back to AHCI or RAID1 or whatever you wanted. Than you can format your drive and reinstall the new OS.

Hope this will help you out.
