Windows 10: Hi about internet connection and windows update

Hello my name is Sung


I recently faced a problem after reformating my laptop.


I am using windows 10 pro and mainly using school internet connection.


Using school internet is completely fine but when I am trying to update windows10 or Microsoft app store apps, It says I cannot connect to the internet.


This is very odd because the internet is connected with good condition but the update cannot proceed.


What is the problem : help me plz
