Hi, after recently updating my Win11 system, my computer's Notepad menu has changed to English, and the preferred language has been changed to Chinese, why is the Notepad menu still in English?

I also tried to find the notepad icon (as suggested by another source) in C;\Windows\Systems32 but could not get it to accept notepad.exe
