    i asked a couple days ago about this and could not try the ‘fix’ until today and unfortunately, it did not fix it. my keyboards are not working, ive tried different usb ports. ive uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. i updated the bios and nothing. its just my keyboards, some letters dont work even when i try a different keyboard. nothing else is wrong with my pc other than that. i managed to hook up my phone to use as a bluetooth keyboard and it works fine. i even reset my whole pc at one point. please help!!!! ty

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
