Hi,anytime I am editing a video and I try to add audio an error message comes up saying "something went wrong and we couldn't add some files" please help I want to know the cause and how to fix it

10 just did an update & now audio & video doesn't work

1) Do you get any error message while video?

I suggest you to run the audio and video in built troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• 
  Type Troubleshooting and click
  Troubleshooting under Settings.
  
• 
  Now select Find and Fix Problems.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshoot Audio Playback.
  
• 
  Follow the prompted steps to troubleshoot this issue.
  

Also follow the same steps for Video troubleshooter.

I suggest you to rollback the driver and check the issue.

1) Press Windows Key + X and select Device manager

2) Select Driver and right click on
driver.

3) Select properties and click on Rollback Driver.
