    Adobe CC not working with Windows 10

    Upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10 and my Adobe CC programs crashed. I can't open any and have the error message: "Program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer."

    Illustrator launches, but shows me a list of plugins that are missing, then displays error message: "The operation cannot complete because of unknown error [CANT]".

    I've uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled countless times. I updated C++ to version 4. And I don't know the build of my version.

    Any help please?

    After installing Photoshop CC 2017, each time I try to launch it i get these set of errors

    "The procedure entry point _call_crt could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\opencv_core249.dll

    the second "The procedure entry point _calloc_crt could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\opencv_imgproc249.dll

    I am getting this sets of error "The procedure entry point _call_crt could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\libglog.dll

    "The procedure entry point _malloc_crt could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP120.dll

    Please I need a solution to these please
