    ntoskrnl.exe and amdppm.sys causing BSODs

@xcraft02 I can see you are now following zbook's advice so I will step away and let him continue. I'll be available if he needs me. Having too many people advise you is counterproductive as we all have different methods. I was hoping to explore the possible causes step by step so that the primary cause for your BSOD would be found. Now that you are making multiple changes at a time it will be difficult to pinpoint the actual cause. In the end it is important that you are free of the BSOD crashes, knowing why they happened is useful for others and for future improvements but not essential.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

Hi. Can i know more details for what cause of this BSOD. Thank you [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

I took a quick look at 1 crash and it seems like your antivirus is causing trouble.
Please follow these instructions to remove Norton.
