    can enybody help me? i just changed the screen resolution and refresh rate of my screen and it made my laptop screen go blank. with my experience i tried several ways with device manager and othersi don't have an external monitor, so i'm just imagining it actually worked but somehow when i enabled again my display driver went blank again and my keyboard somehow no response maybe deadi want to install with windows 11 Home again but the system is refuse me to installed. I just bought this laptop 3 weeks ago. My laptop is Asus Vivobook Pro 14 OLED

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
