Windows 10: Hi everyone , my laptop is running Windows 11 and I am having this problem of the volume

I tried to reinstall volume driver and turn on Windows Audio again I can't hear anything sound on my laptop

Volume level stuck at 100% on windows 11 laptop.

On my Laptop, there is a problem that the audio seems to play at 100% no matter what volume level it is at. For example, if it is on 1% it will still be playing at 100%. It stops playing at 0.
I have already tried these things:
*Updated, Uninstalled drivers.
*Run troubleshooter.
*Disabled and enabled audio enhancements.
My laptop is HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh0xxx running windows 11.
