Windows 10: Hi everyone settings app problem

I have a laptop that runs on windows 11 but whenever I try and open setting it does not open it just straight up crashes. No errors show up on cmd scanner and I've tried to put the laptop on safe mode and check , when I do settings open up just fine. After I restarted my laptop and checked if my settings then worked , again the settings app crashed. I tried disabling startup apps via task manager and restarted my computer , still settings crashes. Other that this I have no other problems and my laptop runs smoothly, any fix?

HIS IceQ turbo overclocking problems

If Your Card is Like my HIS 2600 Pro, they probably OC'd it at the factory and then locked the frequency's so catalyst can't adjust them.

Riva Tuner v2.08 will let you adjust the clock/Mem/Fans

I suggest slowly stepping the core or mem one at a time till it won't go any further, then subtract about 10+ mhz from each (for stability), set the clocks and run stability tests.

 

Creator Update & Windows 10 Mail App Problem

Hi Barry,

It seems that the settings might have changed after the Creators update was installed. We suggest that you check the settings in Notifications & actions. To do that, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings and then System.
• Click on Notifications & actions.
• Under Show notification from these apps, turn On the Banner, Sounds for the Mail app.
  

You may also try to remove your email account and re-add it in the mail app.

If the issue still persists, we suggest that you run the Window app troubleshooter to scan and fix problems with the app. To run the troubleshooter, click on this

link.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
