Windows 10: Hi for a while now I've had major trouble with the windows store.

I have tried every way I have found to fix this and had no result. If anything the 'fixes' to my issues have made it even worse. I have just bought Sea of thieves and I rather not have this purchase be a waste of money. Try the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1:

I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.

Please reply us on the status of the issue to assist you further.

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

You might be facing this issue due to the account is not configured properly.
Kindly refer to the steps below on how to reconfigure your Microsoft account for the Windows store.

Sign out from the Windows Store

• Open the Windows Store app.
• Click on the user icon located at the top right hand side of the window.
• Click on Settings.
• In Settings, click on Your Account and then click on Sign out.
• Close the Windows store app, open it again, and check if an account is still logged in.
• Try logging in again with your Microsoft account.

If the issue still persists, we suggest to create a new local user account.
