Hi Guys, I got a windows 10 Pro on IBM Lenovo T420. It crashes exactly after 30 minutes.

It doesn't give any error or message. It just powers off.


I have tried to run the laptop

1 without battery, it still does the same thing.

2 without adapter, it still does the same thing.


It has 8GB and 4GB RAM - total 12GB, I tried to run the laptop without 4GB RAM module, still crashes after 30 minutes.

I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro today and it still crashes exactly after 30 minutes.


I am not sure what is causing it.

Can somebody advise and help.

Windows 10 Trying to Install to Incompatible Lenovo T420

I have a Lenovo T420 with an Intel Core i5-2520M. Lenovo website says this machine cannot run Windows 10 due to incompatible Intel HD Graphics 3000 embedded in the 2520M processor. However, Windows 10 detects the T420 as compatible and keeps trying to install.
I would like to have Windows 10 and tried the install, but video was erratic, screen goes black & have to reboot to get video back, only to occur again a few minutes later. Lenovo says no fix forthcoming. How do I stop Windows 10 from trying to install on incompatible
T420 laptop (or better yet, get it to run properly)?

 

Drivers missing on Lenovo T420

Almost all my drivers are missing after installing Windows 7 Pro from Windows 7 Enterprise. My internet is down, I can't adjust my brightness and in my device manager are written some weird texts as shown in the picture. Can anyone provide me drivers for
my Windows 7 Pro (64bit) Lenovo T420 any drivers, especially for my internet and Bluetooth. It's also worth noting that there's only one Network driver that I watched some videos and managed to install. Please help me out as fast as you can. Also I know the
Lenovo drivers website here:

But there are just too many and I don't know what to do. Help would be appreciated (at least enough to get my wireless internet up and running)

i have media player VLS and movies/videos works on DVD rom

when i use DVD with application i can install on my PC.

but when i try to image/copy on DVD it failes and does not work.

Microsoft tried but did not have fix.
