Windows 10: Hi guys, I need some help with my wireless adapter / driver!

Greetings. I'm having issues staying connected to WiFi. I'm running Windows 11 and the last few weeks or so, my wifi connection has been considerably glitchy and disconnecting at random intervals. I believe I've narrowed it down to an issue with an outdated WiFi adapter driver and since then tried to download what I think would be a later version. Unfortunately it seems that my pc won't accept the driver file and keeps telling me I have the latest applicable driver which is the Qualcomm Atheros 956x wireless adapter.The machine is by no means anything spectacular however it serves a purpose an

Method 1:

Step 1: Update network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Update option.
• Restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to uninstall the network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Uninstall.
• Restart the computer for automatic installation of network adapters and check if the changes are effective.

I would suggest you to try updating your network adapters and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows + x, select
  Device Manager.
