Hi, how do I remove a user account from the lock screen on Windows 11? There’s an admin account that was added by someone else, and now it keeps asking for permission every time I try to do something. I want to go back to just using my own account without the admin popup.EndFragment

Hi Shawn, thanks for all the great tutorials, I use them often myself or make reference to them.

Do the listed steps actually work on vers 1903? As I mentioned in my preceding post, Ten Forward and I both replaced User.png instead of User-192.png in order to have success with vers 1809.

I recently updated to Version 1903 and the usual tactics to get rid of the user account picture or default logo on the lock-screen are not working.

I have even deleted the accounts SID folder that was empty anyhow, and it still didn't make a difference as outlined here:

Anyone know where to look for additional .png images to delete so the logo disappears from the lock-screen?
