Windows 10: Hi i am not being able to download anything from microsoft store

So i recently upgraded my ssd so i had to reinstall windows 11 and from then i can't install anything from wtore it says:"Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later. code: 0xC002001B" its been same from many days i have try almost everything like literally everything like repairing reinstalling and whatnot so please if anybody know how to fix it help me it would be so great

• When you say that "download or update from store", are you referring that you facing issues with downloading or updating apps from Store?

Hi James,

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

Let us know how it goes.

In step 4 when you said "4 Find Microsoft Store: Scroll through the list and locate the Microsoft Store application.", I wasn't able to find Microsoft store in the list of apps and features in settings. Do you think that would have anything to do with the problem?
