We need few information.

• What is the Windows 10 version?
  
• Did you made any recent changes on the PC?
  
• Does the lock screen picture changes all the time?
  

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and let us know if that helps.

1. Press Windows and I from the keyboard.
   
2. Click on Personalization, then click
   Lock screen from the left pane.
   
3. Set the Background as
   picture, select the picture you want to setup under Choose your picture.

Lock Screen keeps changing

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
   
2. Click on Personalization.
   
3. Click on Lock screen.
   
4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
   Picture.
   
5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.

Windows 10 Lock Screen Slideshow Settings

Hi Alan,

You can change your Lock screen settings by following the steps below:

• On the Start Menu click on Settings.
• On Settings click on Personalization.
• Choose Lock screen on the list of options on the left.
• On the Background drop down box select Picture.
• Choose your preferred background picture.
