    Hi I been having an issue in my Dell vostro 14 3468 issue is my laptop unexpectedly goes to sleep mode even though I am gaming my processer is i7 7500u and Intel 620 graphics 16 GB ddr4 2133 mhz ram and I haven't installed any new thing in my laptop for a decade

    Updating windows 10 to 1809 version on Dell Vostro 14 3468.

    Dell Notebook Vostro 14 3468 has been tested by Dell themselves and they said my device is compatible with the Windows 10 1809. However, when I go to the Update & Security it said I am up to date. I decided to use Windows 10 Update Assistant it said"Can't
    find the necessary files. Please check if you have permission to write to the installation folder."     I really want to update to the new version without having to use the Media Creation Tool since I don't have the Windows
    10 license code with me.

    What can I do?
