Pictures flickering and appearing lighter/unsaturated?

Hello, I seem to be having a weird issue with the photos on my computer? When I look at them or scroll through multiple ones, they seem to flicker and then become lighter/unsaturated. I know this is a stupid thing to be annoyed about, but considering they end up looking unsaturated in Photoshop as well, it's a bit of a problem since this is my job.

I did recently update all of my drivers (I'm running on Windows 10 since Windows 11 isn't out for the Education license yet) but this just started happening a few days ago as far as I'm aware. I'm not using my normal monitor, so the one I currently have is 60FPS (I don't know if that could be the problem or not but I figured I would include that bit of information.)

Any tips/solutions would be awesome, thank you!
(In the GIF below those obviously aren't my photos, but I wanted to make sure everyone could see what was going on. Basically just watch the bottom of the photos, there's a small flash and then the colours change. This is very dumb I'm sorry lol.)
