Hi, I entered my 25 product key into the system and says it has already been used? I only bought today please help

For you to reveal your product key, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click Command Prompt (admin).
• Enter the following command:
  
  wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Hit Enter.
• The product key will be revealed.

You can also contact the manufacturer of your computer since you have the Service tag number.

25 digit Product Key problems

I purchased a refurbished PC 3 months ago. It came with a 25 digit Product Key that used to activate my operating system. All went well until about a week ago when I had the opportunity to purchase a new Laptop. I found a buyer for my Desk PC but wanted
to wipe all my personal info and data from the computer. I was told by the company that I purchased the PC from that I needed to do a factory reset, and they walked me through the process. All was fine except two days later I started getting a message saying
my Windows was not a genuine copy. I entered the same 25 digit Product Key that worked the first time but now it will not accept the Product Key. What should I do?

   • In the left sidebar, select "Activation."
     
4. Enter Product Key:
   
   • If you have a product key, click on "Change product key" and enter the key when prompted.
     
5. Use Digital License:
   
   • If your Windows 11 was linked to your Microsoft account, you might see an option to troubleshoot and link your digital license. Click on this option and follow the prompts.
     
6. Restart Your Computer:
   
   • After entering the product key or linking your digital license, restart your computer.
