Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

Factory Reset on Asus Laptop stuck at 64%

I received an Asus laptop for christmas, but when I tried to used it I’d often get the bsod. (I think it’s likely because of a driver from the drawing tablet I plugged in.) I decided to factory reset it. It was going along fine but got stuck at 64.
It usually goes from the Asus logo to a black screen, then back to the asus logo with “welcome” and a quick flash of the percentage the reset is on. It was at 64% at about 4 pm yesterday, it’s now 12:55 pm the following day and it’s still like that. Occasionally
I’ll get a bsod and have to power it off and back on.
