    Hi I have a dell inspiron 15 3000 model and I am not receiving the windows 24h2 update even...


    The update came up once I tried to download it but got errors and it never showed up again but updates for windows 23h2 are coming just fine.I had a lot of space and I had a good internet connectionCan anyone please tell me what's going on?

    That model is the Dell Inspiron 15 3567 and again there are some of those model do have a DVD drive and others do not, the Dell website is very unclear on the options they provide . .

    Start your laptop, then on the Dell Logo screen, repeatedly press F2 to boot into BIOS

    Under System Information, do you see a DVD drive listed?

    If there is no DVD drive listed in BIOS, that model has a dummy drawer instead of a DVD drive . . .
