    Hi I have a dell inspiron 15 3000 model and I seem to have lost all my files except my apps


    Normally I just pressed the power button and it says "the user profile service failed the sign in user profile cannot be loaded" and at the bottom there was a button that says ok when I came to my desktop i can't find my files anywhere but my apps Is this the cause of malware?

    I recently purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series. My touchpad getting stuck some times. i tried all options but still its not working. Please some one help me out.

    That model is the Dell Inspiron 15 3567 and again there are some of those model do have a DVD drive and others do not, the Dell website is very unclear on the options they provide . .

    Start your laptop, then on the Dell Logo screen, repeatedly press F2 to boot into BIOS

    Under System Information, do you see a DVD drive listed?

    If there is no DVD drive listed in BIOS, that model has a dummy drawer instead of a DVD drive . . .
