Windows 10: Hi, I have a issue that my microsoft rewards account is suspended from a month I don't know...

I don't know what is the reason it just in one night. Please help I just tired know...

Reactivate Suspended Microsoft Rewards account

Microsoft Rewards Account Suspended

My Microsoft rewards account has been suspended for a quite a long time, around a month.

It says this every time: Your account is restricted at present as your recent activity is indicative of a potential breach of the Microsoft Rewards terms of service.  We strongly urge you to use search in good faith, and your rewards account will automatically be restored upon improvement. If you believe this is an error you can open up a Customer Support Request.

I am guessing its because I used a VPN, at the time I didn't know that this was against the terms of service. I have asked them some times about it, but never got a response.
