Windows 10: Hi, i have a problem on my Mecer Intel celeron windows 10 laptop.

The page down key act as if i am holding it down, and when i do hold it down, it acts as if the key is not pressed...In other words it acts as pressed while depressed and depressed while pressed.Also both the cntrl keys is not working at all.I have tried updating my keyboard driversUninstall and re install the driversRan the keyboard troubleshooterRestarted the laptop a couple of timesPowerbutton forced shutdownAnd some other tips i read for "stuck keys" but nothing resolved my problem.Can anyone please give me advice?
