Windows 10: Hi, I have a problem with the Windows volume.

I had accidentally disabled the notification for the high volume warning for the headphones and since then the volume has stayed at 37 on the headphones and now it won't let me turn it up, nor do I get the notification anymore to allow me to turn it up. In the Notifications settings the audio is activated so I don't know what's happening or what to do.
