Hi, I have an Hp pavilion x360 and today it stopped working it came to this blue background with Troubleshoot and turn of your PC. I hit troubleshoot and then I hit the startup repair and after it said startup repair couldn’t repair your PC and it gave me 2 options one Shut down two Advanced options so I hit advance.After I went to system restore and it said To use system restore you must specify which windows installation to restore, restart this computer select an operating system and then select system restore. Can anyone help me?

I have an HP Pavilion x360 with Windows 10 and can't seem to get my webcam / camera to work.

It is not listed on the Device Manager list.
