    Hi, I have BSOD on my work PC.


    Hi, I have BSOD on my work PC. I have tried everything on the screen that was available apart from the reinstall, as I have files that I still need to access on there. It will not allow me to go into safe mode., it won't let me go to a system restore point. I have even tried Command prompts to no avail. I have not uploaded any new software/hardware, this seems to have happen since windows updated last week. Is there any command prompts to get back into the computer before I take it for repair. I don't want to lose any files? I have done all the advanced options. it just goes back to the Blue
