I know that there is nothing wrong with the game so I asked my father. After a bunch of research, I made a new account and moved my father's account to standard while my new account became administrator. It still has that shield on the app and I have no idea what to do now.

Unable to download multiple apps.

Hi Gabriel,

Let us try to fix it.

• Are you trying to download from the Store or a browser?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
• Are you able to download one app at a time?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.

In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.

Try to run the troubleshooter for Windows apps:

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I would like to understand the issue better, could you let me know

1. Operating system and edition of operating system you are using?
   
2. From where you are trying to download apps?
   

However you can try following steps to if you are using Microsoft store to download apps.

Step 1 :

1. Open RUN box by pressing
   windows + R button on the keyboard.
   
2. Then type WSReset.exe and click on
   OK.
   
3. Try to logging in to store with your Microsoft account.
   
4. Try downloading the apps.
   

Step 2:

1. Search for command prompt on
   Cortana search bar.
   
2. Right click on command prompt and click on
   run as administrator.
   
3. Type below command and press enter.
   
   Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
   

The above command will take some time and I would suggest you to wait until the process completes.

To know the edition of operating system,

1. Right click on This PC and click on
   Properties.

that you perform these methods of troubleshooting
and check if there's any changes:

Method 1: Run the Troubleshooter.

To do this, please follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Windows Store Apps
  to run the Troubleshooter.
  

After running the
Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, run the
Windows Update Troubleshooter. Kindly follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  System and Security.
  
• 
  Click on
  Windows Update
  to
  run the Troubleshooter.
  

Method 2: Reset Windows Store.

To do this, follow these steps:

• 
  Press
  Windows Key + R.
  
• 
  Type
  WSReset.exe
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Restart
  your computer
