    Windows Update Stops My Internet from Working - HELP

    I think updating then finding out if the driver has changed should be your first step and then try rolling back as spunk suggested. I'm not saying this is definitely the cause of your problem but I do think you need to explorer this avenue first. Best of luck, Denis

    Good luck. This is a customer driven forum. There seems to be no official avenue to speak to Microsoft officials outside of paid services.
