As I understand you want to adjust Treble and Bass volume in Windows 10.

Right-click on the Sound icon in System tray and try to adjust the sound settings.

Some speakers and apps have their own volume controls, and you might have to check them all.

In regards to the issue, I require additional information to make sure that helps us to resolve the issue easily:

1) Where are you trying to adjust the sound graphics? Are you trying to change it from the system sound settings or any music player?

Sorry there is no option to adjust the system sound settings to bass, treble, etc..in Windows 10. You can adjust it in Music player or video player application which is installed in the computer. This options are specific to the applications not to the system.
