Windows 10: Hi, I have windows 7 and the product key printed on my device has letter Z. I cannot type...

My product key has letter Z in it. I cannot activate Windows.

Characters that cannot appear in a Windows product key are:

Letters E, U, L, A, O, S, I, Z

Numbers 1, 0, 5

If there is a Z in your key, then it is not correct, where did you get that product key, and is it a set of 5 x 5 characters?

Letters (A, E, I, L, N, O, S, U, and Z)

Where did you obtain your product key for Windows, was that from a 3rd party seller or on the Internet

If that is printed on a sticker, are you sure you are reading that product key correctly, is that perhaps a 2?
