Windows 10: Hi, i have windows problem error code: 0xc000014c please help

Hey,My laptop had a problem that everytime i turned on my laptop, my laptop started C drive check. And i had another problem, a message in the start : "a disk error occurred, press ctrl+alt+del to restart" and i tried to fix these problems but i didnt make it. But right now these are not my problems.right now, my laptop have blue screen with "Recovery" and "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired""Error code: 0xc000014c" and i explored about my error and i found a method that i need to turn off and turn on my laptop 2 times but that didnt work beacuse i dont have the windows logo at the start i j
