  1. Hi! I keep getting random system crashes and BSOD's. When checking the event monitor I see...

The exact message is "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8027deb1368, 0xffff8000dd8953f0, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in [...]" It mostly happens when playing games Warzone 2.0 and CS:GO. At first I thought the cpu was just overheating, but after extensive investigation this doesn't seem to be the case. Can anyone help me interpret these system messages?

    :)

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

  3. at random, monitor turns black and computer crashes

At seemingly random moments, my monitor will suddenly turn black, and then my computer will crash and automatically restart. Sometimes I will hear audio from programs when the screen turns black, other times the speakers will make a buzzing noise. Sometimes my PC will go a few days without crashing; other times my PC will crash multiple times in an hour.

Interestingly, these crashes never happen when while playing video games. They always seem to happen shortly after I close the video game, or while I surf the web. This leads me to believe that the problem is software, not hardware, related, but I don't know what.

So far I have (to no avail):

    • Reset my PC
    • Reinstalled GPU drivers
    • Windows Memory Diagnostic Test - No problems with memory
    • Checked GPU and CPU temperatures -- They are good, as expected. again my PC hasn't crashed while gaming
    • Updated CPU drivers
I've also checked windows event viewer; seconds before the crash I always get an 'event id 28 kernel event tracing' error, but I am not sure what to make of this.

I have a Dell G5 5000 (2 years old, problem manifested itself a few months ago)

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super

    Memory: 2 x 8 GB

Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Random Crashes

Check the rig in my system specs.

I've been dealing with random crashes, while the computer is sitting idle in windows with only Firefox open. They aren't BSOD's or GSOD's.

Also, lately I can't even get 4GHz stable, I'm running at 3.8 right now.

    Temps: CPU 40 GPU 27
