    Hi I need help installing Delldock, I get the following error "could not access network...


    Dell dock was working on my PC but when trying to fix another problem irritation I have probably broken several other items, time will tell, When I try to re-install Dell dock I get the following error "Could not access network location \docs." Where do I start to fix this problem? I cannot do a restore because of a recent windows update. Please help, thank you.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Unable to access Network drive

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    • Since when are you facing this issue?
    • What is the version of Windows 10 installed on the computer?
    • What is the exact error message you’re getting while trying to access the network drive?
    • Are you able to access the drive using its IP address?
    I suggest to follow the steps posted by Pauli O and see if it works.

    How reinstall "DellDock" in Win10, it disappeared yesterday

    I upgraded to Win10 a few months ago, and 2 days ago the program "KNCTR" got in my laptop. After following a lot of suggestions, I was finally able to delete it; then after that the "DellDock" in Win 10 disappeared. When I try to repair it, there is a
    message that I have to use the "Installation Package "DellDock64.msi." Nobody seems to know where to get that. So, I'm trying to see if someone can tell me what I need to do, in order to reinstall the "DellDock."
