    Bitlocker has appeared on my screen when I haven’t activated it and obviously have no recovery key pc is used by my 10 year old son he has assured me he hasn’t set it up either I need help getting back in I’m not very technical so would be great if I could speak via phone to someone

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
